The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra can hold its own against the Galaxy S22 and Pixel 6 when it comes to price, display and rear cameras. The under-display camera needs work, but overall the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra is a compelling flagship alternative

The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra could be one of the most attractive phones ever, drawing on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra’s looks, minus the S Pen. There are a few bugs in the camera and software, but the handset offers great value for money and may steal your heart from its bigger-name rivals.
