Here's my full unboxing and review of Samsung's Galaxy A34 5G. Overall, it has been a very enjoyable experience, despite some performance jankiness. If you're someone who values strong performance and does a lot of gaming on your smartphone, I would suggest considering an upgrade to the Galaxy A54 instead. There are also formidable rivals out there, like the Pixel 7 with its impressive camera technology. However, if you're a Samsung fan looking for a more affordable handset, the A34 will get the job done.

The Xiaomi 13 Lite certainly feels like the odd-one-out in the Xiaomi 13 series, and not only because it's a mid-ranger in what is otherwise a family of flagships. Despite packing older hardware and a borrowed design than its launch siblings, though, there are some subtle charms to this latest Lite.

The Motorola Moto G72 is a well-rounded overall package: buyers will get a very bright screen, a decent camera, and good performance values. Unfortunately, 5G is lacking.

The iPhone 12 sports a gorgeous design, full 5G support, great cameras and strong performance. However, you don't get a 120Hz display or telephoto lens, and the newer iPhone 14 offers better cameras.

The Poco X4 Pro is a comfortably mid-range smartphone with a premium design and high-end features, including a 6.67in 120Hz AMOLED display and 67W fast charging, to boot. MIUI 13 can take a bit of adjustment, and the lack of OS commitments is a bit of a disappointment compared to key rivals, but it remains a strong contender based on hardware. 

The Google Pixel 5A gets some strategic upgrades, including an IP67 water resistance rating, bigger 6.34-inch screen, and a larger battery, making a good midrange phone even better.

Xiaomi’s latest flagship is taking on the Galaxy S21 lineup on price and specs. The only problem is you might not be able to buy one.

The Google Pixel 5 delivers 5G connectivity, excellent cameras, long battery life, and an outstanding Android software experience for a relatively affordable price.

This device offers an excellent user experience and has features that could be especially useful in some sectors. The only caveats are a relatively low-resolution camera for a flagship design and the curious lack of wireless charging.

The Huawei P30 is an impressive smartphone, but you won't be getting it in the US anytime soon and there are strong options for the price.
