The OnePlus 3 has the speed, design and price to put a lot of other flagship phones to shame.

Previous OnePlus smartphones have claimed to be “flagship killers”. That’s still not quite accurate, but the OnePlus 3 is a very good smartphone priced at less than half the price of top rivals.

If you have even the slightest interest in technology, you’ll be well aware that Apple is launching its iPhone in the UK tomorrow. Of course you’ll probably also be aware that the iPhone was launched in the US all the way back in June, which is somewhat annoying for all you UK Apple fans. The $300 price point for this phone is very attractive, and I can see a lot of people giving it a shot just for that reason alone. It also has a headphone jack, expandable storage, and still comes with a charger in the box, which are all very good reasons to choose this phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is large and pricey, but an exceptional mix of features, performance, and quality makes it the best high-end Android phone you can buy.

The Google Pixel 7 is the best $600 Android phone you can buy, particularly if you want flagship features and performance on a budget.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a powerful piece of technology the competitors will have to be measured against, even if not everything runs smoothly in the beginning yet.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G delivers all the phone performance most people need at a price more people can afford.

Though it costs £229.99 in the UK, the Honor 8X looks, feels and performs like a high-end smartphone in most respects. It features a gorgeous 6.5in FHD+ bezel-less display and an eye-catching glass and aluminium design that makes it stand out amongst the competition. It also offers high-end features like facial recognition, alongside the rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and although performance can be a little spotty in the most demanding 3D games, we’ve experienced very little in the way of lag in general use.  We think it’s impressive, especially with such a competitive price tag.
